Brunner

Video Production and Producing Internship

JUNE 2025 – AUGUST 2025

As a video production and producing intern at Brunner, I was exposed to everything creative in the agency setting!

I created three social videos, headed efforts to restructure the production OneDrive, worked closely with the video team on day-to-day tasks and client projects, and shadowed across departments.

Social Media Videos

Organization Efforts

OneDrive:

I worked throughout the summer to restructure the OneDrive used for production. In the end, I took 27 main folders down to just 7. I worked with the producers to determine where documents should go, which could be left behind, and how to streamline the process overall.

WireDrive:

WireDrive is a tool that Brunner uses to categorize videos that can be easily shared and turned into reels. I was tasked with moving all of the “Internal” videos from another storage site to WireDrive and organizing them by:

  • approach
  • budget
  • client
  • industry
  • set/location
  • style
  • talent
  • aspect ratio

Not only did this help organize for the agency, but exposed me to all types of creative, techniques, and budgets seen in production.

Shadowing and Experience

Video Team:

As an intern within the video team, I spent most of my summer working with them. This has meant shadowing with each of them individually, covering topics across the board in producing, talent rights, stock and music rights, video editing, and set.

Additional Teams

I also had the opportunity to shadow and talk to members of other departments, including:

  • Content Marketing
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Art Direction
  • Copywriting
  • Media Buying and Distribution
  • Design (web and graphic)

It was great to get to learn about these different departments while also getting to see how each works together within an agency!

On-Set Opportunity

Though not a Brunner project, I was asked during the summer to PA and shoot BTS for “Beneath the Sole!” Check it out!
